Estate Managers are provided with the facility to post reports or updates to individual ERF owners, builders, architects etc where applicable. This may include, but is not limited to, updates on building progress, maintenance reports, etc.
A subscriber (private property owner or the Estate Manager) is able to safely and securely store personal property documents in a central and easily accessible location. Data storage can be customised and Erf and Estate related statutory and general information is readily accessible.
An Estate Manager facility is available to ensure that all estate-related information, documentation and communications are conveyed to all ERF / unit owners. Architectural Guidelines, Constitutions, Meeting Minutes, etc. are easily edited and accessible to all related users.
All The Nest subscribers that own property in an estate will have access to an estate specific notice board where information can be easily posted and shared.
Each Estate has a linked Public Web Page to which the Estate Manager will have the facility to create and populate a template-based public page. Selected Estate documents can also be viewed publically at the Estate Managers discretion.
Property owners can create a folder and store all expenditure on their property securely where it is readily accessible.
All approved building plans are stored on the system and are accessible to the individual related property owner and the Home Owners Association.
The Estate Manager facility includes several useful features, such as the ability to create and upload individual as well as multiple estate erven, adding different types of estate users (owners, fellow administrators.)
All relevant Estate information such as Design Guides, Constitutions, Estate Rules and contacts etc. are administered by the Estate Manager but is accessible to all property owners.
This facility allows for the creation and management of customizable personal folders in which users may add or delete any personal property-related documentation, i.e. historical and current property modifications and expenditure, guarantees or service invoices.
